📦 Customized & Personalized Products
- All Framekre.in products are customized based on customer-uploaded photos.
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect photo uploaded, or personal preference.
❌ Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Order ID
